Raja Rajavel is a product leader and entrepreneur bridging frontier science with human-centered technology. Before co-founding Lattek, he led privacy and encryption at Meta for Messenger and Instagram Direct, creating secure communication experiences for billions. Previously, as Director of Product at Dell EMC, he managed global commerce platforms and large-scale engineering teams.
A Stanford-trained BizTech leader (M.S. in Management Science & Engineering), Raja is also a mentor and public speaker on product innovation and growth.
At Lattek, he leads product strategy and experience—translating Professor Yaghi’s Nobel-winning chemistry into elegant consumer systems, beginning with Vinolo, the first molecular platform for personalized moderation in wine.

Professor Omar M. Yaghi, 2025 Nobel Laureate in Chemistry, is the pioneer of reticular chemistry. His discoveries established how molecular building blocks can be linked into open, crystalline architectures with extraordinary porosity and programmable function—materials likened by the Nobel Committee to “Hermione’s magic handbag.”
At UC Berkeley, his lab has advanced his inventions into real-world applications solving planet-scale problems including water harvesting from desert air, carbon capture, and clean-energy materials.
At Lattek, Dr. Yaghi’s Nobel-winning chemistry forms the foundation for Vinolo, the first consumer expression of his molecular platform—where deep science meets the art of living well.
MERYL MULDOON
CHIEF VENTURE OFFICER
Meryl Muldoon is a wine expert and brand leader at the intersection of luxury, wellness, and wine culture. A Champagne Master and French Wine Scholar, she began her career at LVMH, supporting maisons such as Krug, Veuve Clicquot, and Ruinart across education, business development, and hospitality programs.
She later served as U.S. Director for a 0.0% alcohol sparkling wine brand, leading national strategy and partnerships that redefined alcohol-free luxury experiences.
At Lattek, Meryl pioneers the translation of molecular innovation into lived human experiences. She explores and architects new ventures born from Dr. Yaghi's science—bridging discovery, design, and culture to bring transformative ideas to market. With Vinolo, she leads a movement where the heritage of fine wine meets the future of choice, embodying luxury without compromise.
